Scaling Your Impact Organisation Globally event hosted by Cloud Doing Good in Barcelona

About this event

Blue Ventures just received $62m from the Scott Mackenzie Foundation to build sustainable coastal fishing communities across the globe.
To deploy that funding effectively across multiple countries, currencies and sub-grantees, they needed finance and operations infrastructure that could move as fast as they do.

We built it.

At this workshop, Iain Goldmann from Cloud Doing Good will share what that looks like in practice, what decisions matter most when scaling internationally, and what founders and finance leaders at the same stage are asking right now.
We'll also share what we're doing right now with Media Defence, who fund the legal defence of journalists around the world. When cases emerge, spending has to shift fast and every change has to stand up to funder scrutiny. We're using AI to help them allocate budgets effectively: rapid reallocation, fully auditable.
This is a small, free and informal session at Norrsken House Barcelona. No pitch deck. Just an honest conversation about what it actually takes to build the finance infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling impact organisation. Spaces are limited, so register early if you would like to join.
