This allows time for discovery and alignment, relatively small amount of time on the actual build as the system is pre-built, and then some time on training and testing particularly in the context of the organisations own data. Finally, we always include ‘hypercare’ from the same implementation after cutover, giving finance teams a familar face and support through the first month ends.
