How long does an implementation take?
Most medium-sized UK charities with a couple of subsidiaries go live within 4 months, requiring around 20 chargeable days. We spread this across the timeline so your team has time to engage properly without overwhelming day-to-day operations. International organisations with multiple subsidiaries, complex integrations or sophisticated data requirements typically need 9-12 months to ensure everything works seamlessly across all locations.
Do you do fixed-bid implementations?
Yes. And for us, fixed is fixed. Sessions are never time-limited, and in all our projects we’ve never had to raise a change request.
What do you need from?
Engagement from the right people and meeting agreed dependencies. No project team needed - we work directly with your finance and operations staff. Unlike most partners, we handle data as a collaborative workstream: you bring knowledge of your data, we bring technical expertise, and we work through architecture, mapping and migration together rather than making completion of data in new system template format a task you complete alone.
Can you integrate with our other systems?
Absolutely - integration is one of our key strengths. We're sometimes described as a systems integrator as much as a NetSuite partner. We offer three approaches depending on your needs: direct integrations built specifically for your systems, our low-code integration platform with 600+ pre-built connectors for common applications, and leveraging integration options from the ERP software vendor itself. We'll recommend the most cost-effective and maintainable solution for your specific requirements.
Do you work face to face?
Yes, when it's helpful. While most of our work is done remotely, face-to-face collaboration can add real value at key moments - particularly a data architecture workshop early in the project, and often during UAT or training for larger organisations. We offer this as an option and recommend it where we think it will make a genuine difference to outcomes.
Can we speak with a reference?
Yes, of course. We normally arrange reference calls at shortlist or preferred supplier stage - our references are busy finance managers and we're mindful of their time. We're confident you'll find their feedback valuable when the timing is right in your decision process.
